School Misson and Vison

At Timboon P-12 School, our vision is to develop students who live by our values, understand how they learn, and are enthusiastic about the world around them. Our students will be lifelong learners equipped with the skills for life, who respect themselves, each other, and the environment. They will contribute positively to the community, embrace challenges, aspire to greatness, and never give up.

We will create a school where high expectations for learning are set for all, and positive, supportive relationships thrive within our community. We aim to provide an engaging, inclusive, and relevant curriculum that is responsive to students' learning needs, ensuring their growth. Decisions will always be made with the best student learning outcomes in mind, and we will continuously foster school pride while living our mission, vision, and values.

In this environment, students will actively engage in learning with a positive attitude, attend school consistently, and view challenges as opportunities for growth. We aim to graduate students who are literate, numerate, powerful, and progressive learners who complete Year 12 or its equivalent.

Parents and carers will support the school’s policies and procedures, encourage excellence in their children’s learning, model respectful behavior, and celebrate the school’s success.
