Timboon P-12 School is set in a spacious, well-developed, ten-hectare site, which contains many mature trees. The grounds include gardens, ovals, tennis courts; both grassed and sealed play areas and adventure playgrounds. The school has a new School/Community Library, industry standard home-economics center, hall, metal work facility, canteen, Arts center and shares a sporting complex with the local community.
In 2019 the school officially opened a $5-Million-dollar redevelopment. This involved a brand new secondary wing with classrooms and specialist spaces. There are open spaces for students but also traditional classrooms.
The primary campus has been redeveloped as well in 2019. The primary section is spread over 3 buildings. A Prep / One/ Two wing. A Three/ Four building and the Grade Five and Six students are located in the original school built in 1948.
The school has two large ovals and playgrounds for students and agricultural spaces for students to work in.
The school has two computer laboratories with a one to one netbook program operating across the 7-12 campus. All computers are networked and connected to the Internet.
A Staff and Administration building is located in the center of the school. This excellent facility has proved invaluable in enabling primary and secondary staff to develop mutual understanding and support.
The school facilities are regularly used by the community as a meeting venue, instrumental music tuition and sporting pursuits.
